At Stocktuvo, we are committed to providing quality pet products and customer support. This Warranty Policy explains how we handle product quality concerns involving pet grooming tools, feeding equipment, pet clothing, and related accessories.

Warranty Coverage

This policy applies to pet grooming combs, brushes, grooming scissors, nail grinders, rechargeable trimmers, grooming vacuum kits, automatic pet feeders, food and water dispensers, feeding bowls, slow-feeding mats, pet sweaters, jackets, raincoats, and related pet care accessories.

Stocktuvo does not provide an additional commercial warranty period for these product collections. This does not affect any statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, or other legal rights applicable to your purchase.

Product Quality Issues

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing component, broken part, or other quality issue, contact us for assistance.

Pet grooming brushes, combs, scissors, and cleaning accessories may be assessed for manufacturing defects affecting handles, blades, bristles, fastening components, and other essential parts.

Rechargeable trimmers, nail grinders, and grooming vacuum kits may be assessed for manufacturing defects affecting motors, charging components, power connections, switches, and other functional components.

Automatic feeders and water dispensers may be assessed for manufacturing defects affecting dispensing mechanisms, containers, controls, electronic components, and other essential functions.

Pet feeding bowls and silicone mats may be assessed for cracks, damaged components, or manufacturing defects affecting their intended use.

Pet sweaters, jackets, and raincoats may be assessed for defective stitching, damaged fasteners, fabric defects, and other manufacturing issues.

Products that materially differ from their descriptions are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Exclusions

Product issues resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, incorrect cleaning, unsuitable electrical connections, or failure to follow product care and safety instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, minor variations in materials and finishes consistent with the product description, and damage caused by improper use, chewing, scratching, excessive pulling, or incorrect washing are not covered by any voluntary commercial warranty.

Pet clothing fit should be checked against the product's size information. Ordinary size preferences are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

These exclusions do not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies under applicable law.

How to Submit a Claim

Contact [email protected] with your order number, product name, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos showing the problem.

For visible damage upon delivery, please report the issue within 7 calendar days whenever possible. This reporting period does not restrict statutory rights or remedies.

Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate instructions.

Resolution

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, repair where practical, replacement parts, or a refund.

Where return shipping is required for a confirmed defective or incorrectly supplied product, Stocktuvo will cover reasonable return shipping costs where required by law or agreed upon by our customer service team.
